How Long Does Closing Take?
That’s completely up to you. We’ll work on your timeline. Just let us know when you want to go to closing an we’ll do our best to meet your needs. Typically, it will take a few weeks for the title company to process the necessary paperwork; however, generally speaking, we can have your closing completed in a much shorter period of time than a real estate agency. If you need more time, that’s fine, too!
Will I Really Walk Away With Cash In My Hand?
It’s important to note that real estate transactions must be recorded by a real estate attorney or a title company. Last Hope Homes will handle the entire process for you – from the date you sign your contract until you go to closing. Once the sale is finalized, you can pick up a check from the title company or it can be sent to you.
